The Coburg Lake Reserve is a fully physically accessible space. Limited seating will be provided in a designated area in proximity of the stage. Plenty of space is available on the grass for attendees who want to bring their own seating. The Lake Resonate event will be Auslan interpreted.

Coburg Lake Reserve is walking distance from Batman Train Station, the Gaffney Street Stop on the #19 tram line and from the Murray Road stop on the #526 bus line. The Merri Creek bike trail goes directly to the reserve.

There is reserved accessible parking and designated pick-up and drop-off point in Lake Grove. The main car park will be closed to the public during the event and there is limited parking in the surrounding streets.

The Woodlands Hotel is wheelchair accessible with no stairs to access the bottom level of venue, there the bar, bathrooms and The Atrium (bandroom) are situated, but there is an upward incline in front of venue entrance. The gradient is fine for motorised chairs, but assistance may be required for manual chairs. Staff are on site to assist and have direct sight of venue entry. Venue will purchase a ramp prior to Resonate events for the front entrance incline.
