Feminista Vinyl Garden Party at Coburg Lake

Coburg’s Feminista Vinyl presents their inaugural Garden Party at Coburg Lake. They are excited to share with you some of their favourite artists and performers from Narrm and beyond under the shade of the big trees: featuring indi-pop banter queen Merpire (straight from her UK-Brunswick Simulation Ride tour), non-straight punk legends Zig Zag, purveya of delightfully honest folk-pop Hannah Blackburn (and band), and for the kids, everyone’s favourite queer aunties Aunty Bear and ZaZa! This is a family-friendly, all-ages, all humans picnic event.

Coburg Lake is a general admission picnic-style (no seats) venue. BYO picnic blanket or ground covering and yummy picnic. Patrons are encouraged to bring along their own water bottles and reusable coffee cups.

Feminsta Vinyl is a record store run by women and NB people celebrating Female led, Trans, NB and GNC inclusive bands, artists, creators and stories from all cultures. We also multitask as a not-for-profit that aims to provide information and support to feminist, queer, accessible and local causes. We proudly fight the patriarchy one cup of tea at a time.
