Jungle City projects, in partnership with DIY HiFi Solar Powered Sound System, Vola foods, and Hope Street studios have joined forces to ReUNITE our northside Hip Hop, Afro Fusion, Reggae and Dancehall community after two long years of separation. Curated around the theme of ‘ceremony’, ReUNITE summons our diverse creative and broader community to reconnect through music, dance, soul food, and cultural practice – rebuilding our spirit in unity and celebration.
Through our modern take on ceremonial practice, we will take you through an immersive experience where the space between musicians, performers, dancers, and community members overlap and intertwine.
Taking place at Vola foods this is a family friendly celebration of local dance, music and community featuring live performance, dance, performing arts, soul food and ceremony. Everyone is part of the show. Everyone has a role to play in creating the long awaited vibes needed to set in motion the healing process, to light the fire for our re-emergence as a strong, vibrant, inclusive community.
